I am so excited about the veggies coming out of our new veggie garden. We dug the new veggie garden with a double digging technique and all the time it took to dig is really paying off. I picked these beetroots today and they are lovely and big and look so juicy. We are going to have them for supper with fresh spinach from our garden as well! It is the most exciting thing to be able to pop down to your garden and pick food for supper!
All the left over greens will be given to our chooks, rabbits and earthworms to eat.

ReplyDeleteWe had so much fun preparing this veg garden, everyone worked together we used the biodynamic way and are also gardening with the moon. we can definately see a difference in the veggies, it is so rewarding!!
