Knitted Goat Pattern and Toy!

Today has been a great day! I have worked on a goat knitting pattern. I have wanted to design one for a while now, I have been thinking about it... Someone emailed me last night and asked me when I would be designing one and I suppose this was all I needed to actually sit down and get going with the design:) Well, meet Billy the goat. I am selling him and his pattern in my Mamma4earth shop. He is knitted in the softest handspun Merino yarn and filled with Merino fleece and is horns have been knitted in Eucalyptis bark dyed merino. He is a sweet little fellow. I will also be adding more photos of him to my Mamma4earth Ravelry Group a little later today:)
Have a lovely weekend everyone and for all those who knit, happy knitting:)

  8. Oh, the beard. The beard! This Billy is a wonderful fellow. And merino dyed with eucalyptus bark! So exotic sounding to my frost-bitten ears.

  10. Another delightful character. You are so good with detail and characterization, Linda. I'm still a lion and a few other creatures behind. I have to finish the hearts, finish the horse pattern and then I can start building my budding zoo. Your work always cheers my heart.

  15. Have been tempted several times before to purchase one of your patterns, but have had so many projects in the works I thought I'd wait. I could not wait when I saw this delightful fellow. Just learned my daughter is expecting her first child in Oct and she absolutely loves goats so this will be my first toy for the new baby. Thanks!
