Sandy our Labrador...

Looking back at photos of our Sandy, we are just amazed at how much she has grown and what a sweet natured and loving dog she is. She is so kind and gentle and we all feel very blessed to have her in our lives... Pets hold a very special place in our hearts, how could they not...

(She is holding her tug-of-war rope in her mouth, she runs around with this all the time, trying to convince our other dogs, Guss and Daisy to play a game with her:)

Yes, I had to knit her, this special girl... Watching her run and jump in the yard... I could see the stitches and pattern forming in my mind and then there it was... written and knitted...

Our New Family Member... Sandy...

What an exciting morning we have had! It has been Caiden's greatest wish to have a pet of his very own and Richard and I decided that now after his 9th birthday, he was ready:) He has been very keen on a Labrador puppy, we all love this particular breed of dog because of their gentle and kind nature. We have been searching for a few days now and this morning we found this sweet, beautiful girl... she has been named Sandy and we are so thrilled to have her join our family :)
