A is for Armadillo Pattern! Giveaway

Hello everyone:)
I have just finished designing and writing my pattern for a new little creature.... an Armadillo!
I think these are the sweetest animals. This is what I have discovered about them while doing my research...These wonderful little creatures come from South America, they are related to the Aardvark and there are 20 different varieties of Armadillo. The word Armadillo is Spanish and translated into english means, 'Little Armoured One' They sleep up to 20 hours a day in burrows and forage on insects in the early morning and late afternoon. They don't have good eyesight but have a keen sense of smell. To read more about these lovely animals visit here.

GIVEAWAY:
This is a new pattern and I always like to share my new patterns with my readers in the form of a giveaway:) I will be giving away 2 patterns. All you have to do is leave a comment. I will choose the winners on Wednesday and announce them here in this post:)

  2. Great pattern. I saw my first armadillo on my first visit to Florida last winter. My sister and I tried to catch one, but it turns out that we were mistaken in thinking that they just roll up into a ball when scared - they can run like a racehorse.

  3. What a cutie! I would love to add this to the menagerie my granddaughters are accumulating - thanks largely to your inspired designs!

  4. Although I've traveled extensively, I've never seen an armadillo in the wild. In Wisconsin, we don't have armadillos except at the zoos. I love your new creation and hope some will find their way to the "Great North" soon ;-)

  6. Armadillos are awesome looking. Did you know that they can carry leprosy? The strange things I learn from the internet.. (:

  7. What a wonderful little creature! Your creations are so true to the characteristics of the animals. I can see that you take great care and pride in your work. This little guy would make a wonderful addition to the "menagerie" that my grandson Max (who is due to arrive in August!) has in his nursery. Thank you for all of your hard work.
