Today I have been designing and knitting Spirit, he is a white wolf. I have always wanted to add a wolf to my menagerie of animal knitting patterns and now here he is!
He is knitted both flat and in the round, if you prefer knitting flat, there are additional instructions added in the pattern for flat knitting. I have knitted him in a brushed Mohair yarn which is pliable and gives him a furry wolf appearance.
His pattern is available in my Etsy shop Mamma4earth.

ReplyDeleteMy son is absolutely mad about wolves and huskies. He is slowly wearing me down about the husky, but I am trying to hold the line at present. I think if I could knit him a wolf it would give a few months dogfree breathing space. I'm a cat person!
ReplyDeleteHe's wonderful!!!! as are all your patterns!!! Thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteYour wolf is adorable and very sweet (hard to believe those are words to describe a wolf). I think your pattern would also be very versatile and easily adapted to a variety of dog breeds. Hope I win.
