Welcome to Creative Friday.
I finished Caiden's hat yesterday, it's called The Boy Hat Pattern such a quick and easy knit and I love how the stripes cross over on the top of the crown. He loves his hat, every time he sees me, he hugs me and tells me how much he loves me for knitting him his own wool hat. Oh the little love! How sweet is this boy. Kye quickly went to the wool in the packet from our recent yarn purchase and chose out the colour he wanted and asked me to please make him a hat just like his brother's. I cast on last night of course and it is half way finished already.
The weather is cool here today, with a slight drizzle of rain, perfect knitting weather, I intend to finish Jenna's Harris shrug this weekend, I am knitting the cuff on the end of the sleeve and then it will be done, I can't wait for her to wear it.
Off to breakfast with the family, Richard has the morning off today:)

I really enjoy reading your blog. I love your patterns and how you share your outings and your garden. What really tickles me though, is the fact that we live in opposite hemispheres. So while you are describing how the leaves are turning yellow and fall is your favorite season, we are seeing trees with tiny leaf buds on them getting ready to burst forth into spring. Your Christmas is in summer and mine is in winter. You are harvesting fresh food from your garden for Christmas. The contrasts are enlightening.

It is a really nice "boys hat " Here in Denmark springtime is on it`s way . Nice after a cold Winter . So soon the hats will move into the cuppard .
